Estimate: Slow duration increase along with the skill upgrading. Useful skill both in PVE and PVP.

Cause the target to suffer wood damage over time.

Fire a skin-ripping arrow. Causing target to bleed and take damage over time.

Estimate: After the effect time. target's max hit points rebound. but the hp not. So this means a mass of hp are vaporized. But can use only once to a mob. lol
